    Step 2 of 2: Pay
    Option A: Submit your payment securely via Google Wallet (similar to PayPal) with your debit or credit card.
    After completing your credit/debit card payment, you'll receive a separate email with a payment confirmation number.  If your team played in last year's tournament and you register & pay before July 20, you will receive a $100 refund on your credit or debit card shortly after processing your payment.  Thank you for returning.

    Option B: Mail a $395 check (payable to West Islip Soccer Club) to:

    Please print out your registration confirmation email and mail it along with the check. Please write the age group & team name on the check.  The form & check must be received no later than July 28.
