2010 Late Registration

All late registration for the Spring 2010 Season will handled via mail only.
Due to limitations of roster size, late registrants are NOT guaranteed placement onto a team.
If placed, requests for a specfic team CANNOT be honored.

for Fees Child must be born on or before July 31, 2005. NO EXCEPTIONS
Instructions for Mail-in Registration:
Download the Fall 2009/Spring 2010 Late Registration Form and fill it out completely.
Send the completed form along with the appropriate check made out to the West Islip Soccer Club and send to:
