Runners
Cheers to all the runners that attended the West
Islip Soccer
Club’s Running Clinic 2007 session at the Udall Road Middle
School track. In the fall of 2007, over 50 girls and boys played fun
games, ran the track and laughed a lot. Trainers Nicole Perperis and Nick Grieco (pictured back row center left and right respectively) also reinforced the importance of warming–up, stretching, keeping hydrated and cooling down. Runners ranged from age groups U7-U10.  Click on photo to enlarge |
